Overview
TSR Marine recently renewed two engine room ventilation fans and electric motors on a 28,650 DWT chemical/oil tanker in Izmit, Türkiye. The units operate on 440V and 50Hz. Before installation, each one was carefully tested and measured to ensure it met all operational standards. Additionally, our team carried out pipe repair and valve replacement on a 48,350 DWT bulk carrier at anchorage in Istanbul. To complete the task, divers first blanked the overboard discharge externally. Meanwhile, our onboard engineers successfully performed the internal repairs. Thanks to careful coordination, both operations were finished on time and to a high standard.
